We lie to suit our needs, it’s so plain to see
slouchin’ endlessly, it’s so easy
behind some dotted line, so crude and unrefined
we’ll milk our soggy minds when we’re thirsty
and it all seems too much to bare, we sit and stare at the
same old scenes in magazines that pile beneath the bed
We’ve heard it all before, repeat just to be sure
and isn’t it a bore to be lonely
we lie awake in bed and cringe at the things we’ve said
but it’s all in your head don’t you worry
Oh how I long for this album in vinyl format! Such smoothness. Such warmth. Such execution. This music begs to be taken along and woven into memories. Everyone I’ve shared this album with has loved it. The music speaks far and wide. Shouting out to a fellow follower, Brian Lehmann, for his excellent taste in music. If not for him, I likely would have never stumbled upon this absolute gem! Plinchmo Larduktin
